How To Ignore All Old Reviews
Don't want to reply to old reviews in Paige? No problem! This guide explains how you can ignore all old reviews.
Paige allows you to effortlessly manage all Google reviews, past and present, but what if you don't want to reply to your old reviews?
You can find the Ignore All button by clicking Businesses on the side menu, then clicking View Details next to the business you don't want to reply to old reviews for, and finally clicking the eye icon in the top right corner of the Optimization Score box.
This will bring you to the optimization screen. If you scroll to the bottom, you will see up to 5 unreplied reviews. Click Ignore All to permanently have Paige stop suggesting review replies for your old reviews. Once you click this button, Paige will only suggest review replies for new reviews you receive.
