# How to Train Paige Account-Wide

Have the same instructions for every business in your Paige account? **Account-Wide Train Paige** lets you add training notes once and have Paige follow them across all businesses in your account.

### How to Add Account-Wide Training Notes

1. Click the **menu icon** in the top-right corner of your Paige account.
2. Select **Train Paige**.
3. In the Account-Wide Train Paige popup, add the instructions you want Paige to follow for all businesses in your account.

### How Account-Wide and Location-Specific Notes Work Together

Paige follows both account-wide and location-specific training notes.

**Important:** If an account-wide instruction conflicts with a location-specific instruction, **the location-specific instruction takes priority**.

This feature is perfect for agencies managing multiple businesses that want Paige to follow consistent instructions across every location without having to train each business individually.
