How to set up and change your logo inside Paige.
🖼️ Your Business Logo in Paige
When you first onboard a business into Paige, we automatically grab the current logo from your Google Business Profile (if there is one).
- ✅ If Google has a logo → we’ll pull it in for you
- ⬜ If there’s no logo on Google → the logo will be blank
No worries either way — you’re always in control.
✏️ How to Change Your Logo During Onboarding
If you want to update or replace the logo during the onboarding flow:
- Click the “Change” button next to the logo
- Upload any logo you’d like to use
Our recommendation:
- Rectangular logo
- Transparent background
- PNG format
If you don’t have a transparent logo, a white background is the next best option.
🎨 Why This Logo Matters
This logo is used across Paige whenever we brand things for your business, including:
- YouTube thumbnails
- Review request links
- And more branded assets over time
Uploading a clean, high-quality logo helps everything look polished and consistent.
🔁 How to Change Your Logo Later
You can update your logo at any time after onboarding:
- Go to the Businesses tab
- Click View Details on the business
- Open Settings
- Upload a new logo there
That’s it! Changes will apply moving forward wherever your logo is used.
